Euroopan komissio on avannut haun Verkkojen Eurooppa -liikennesektorin alla, jossa yhdistetään tuki ja rahoitus. Haku tarjoaa mahdollisuuksia myös meriklusterin toimijoille.

CEF Blending call 2017
European Commission has published a call for proposals under the CEF Transport sector allowing for the combination of grants with financing from the European Fund for Strategic Investments, or the European Investment Bank, or National Promotional Banks, or private sector investors, in order to maximise the leverage of private sector involvement and capital in the delivery of Actions, while respecting the principle of non-cumulative award.

The blending call priorities and co-funding budgets are the following:

  • Core Network Corridors €450 million
  • Other Sections of the Core Network €100 million
  • Rail Interoperability  €50 million
  • European Rail Traffic Management System (ERTMS) €100 million
  • Innovation and new technologies €140 million
  • Safe and Secure Infrastructure €10 million
  • Single European Sky (SESAR) €40 million
  • Intelligent Transport Services for road (ITS) €40 million
  • Motorways of the Sea (MoS)  €40 million
  • Nodes of the Core Network including Urban Nodes €10 million
  • Multimodal logistics platforms €20 million

TOTAL €1000 million

Date of publication of call for proposals: 8 Feb 2017

  • Call info day in Brussels/webstreaming: 27 Feb 2017
  • First cut-off date/deadline for the submission: 14 Jul 2017
  • Second cut-off date/deadline for the submission: 30 Nov 2017
  • Applicant may decide to which cut-off date they will submit their proposal.
  • Costs will be eligible from the date of the submission of the application to the date of completion of the Action no later than 31 Dec 2023.
  • The total eligible costs of the Action shall be in excess of EUR 10 million.
